Impact Technology Consulting (Impact) is a privately owned business and information technology consulting firm founded in 1991 in Denver, Colorado. Our staff are certified project managers with an average of 25 years experience in both business operations and information technology.

Business Operations: We specialize in business process improvement and automation, while serving as project leaders on behalf of business executive sponsors; as business analysts in the quest to renew/improve business operations; and as liaisons between business operations and information technology to ensure business requirements are correctly interpreted and translated into technology‐based implementations. Our staff are experienced in leading both business and technical teams.

Technology: We specialize in leading implementations of both off‐the‐shelf enterprise‐ wide business applications and custom developed business systems. Impact prides itself on hiring staff that have “grown through the ranks” and understand the challenges associated with implementing systems, leading technical teams, and overcoming obstacles to success. Our staff has led major system implementations, served as development leads, test managers, quality assurance managers, data cleaning and migration leads, and technical writers and trainers throughout their careers.
