Impact helped our client generate $600,000 in annual savings through process improvements, staff realignment, and automated receipt and processing of 300,000+ invoices annually. The project increased the automated reconciliation of invoices to warehouse receipts by 64 percent in the first month following implementation. Impact led the custom in-house development project for this initiative through the full SDLC.

Impact supported the implementation of EDI at a $1B/year retail organization.  We identified requirements, developed the Statement of Work for the Request for Proposal, and supported the initial implementation of three key retail EDI transactions … with three others in the planning stages.  Impact helped the project team on-board ~600 vendors in the first six months of the program.
Impact collaborated on the development and fielding of a Program Management Office (PMO) that included an enterprise governance process, program/project portfolio management process, and program/project management lifecycle with processes and templates. The PMO absorbed a portfolio of more than $35M in program/project requests in support of various business programs.  Impact defined the process, developed templates, guided the client in the establishment of a formal Change Advisory Board and provided consulting support to internal project managers during the rollout of the PMO.
Impact created SDLC processes for the information technology arm of a major energy firm and tied the processes to existing PMO processes.  We developed and validated 25+ templates to support these processes and collaborated with an architectural review committee, infrastructure management team, business department business analysts, standards, committee, PMO, training group, and change management office on process validation.
Impact assumed the leadership mantle of a languishing multi-year, multi-million dollar PeopleSoft Student Administration System program with 100+ customizations at a for-profit college. Impact led the project through the full SDLC and implemented the product into maintenance/production support within 15 months of assuming leadership.
Impact gathered requirements and authored the Statement of Work for the Request For Proposal and business case for the acquisition of a replacement electronic point of sale system for school cafeterias for a major West coast city school system.
Impact coordinated all aspects of a $2M infrastructure transition project for the successful migration of a recently acquired 400-person business unit into the parent company’s IT infrastructure and completed the project under budget within mandated time constraints. Scope included data and application transition of 400+ workstations/servers/laptops/printers across 14 U.S. offices, data migration, asset management, build out of switch rooms, wiring and acquiring redundant circuits.
Impact led the development of a production acceptance process for the enterprise infrastructure services organization of a major entertainment firm.  The new simplified formal processes resulted in an increase of project acceptance and satisfaction by more than 30 percent.
Impact assumed leadership of a languishing $6+ million healthcare full-SDLC software development/systems integration project. Impact reworked the project plan, project budget and resource allocations.  We worked closely with the client to reprioritize requirements and align the prioritized requirements to the available budget, resources and schedule.  Impact led the project to a successful closure.
